Shipping and delivery options – We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard post
All orders will receive complimentary shipping via Standard Post.

For orders with a delivery address within Australia, Standards shipping is expected to arrived within 3-14 business days from dispatch. It is our priority to deliver your order as quickly as possible and we are working on providing better and faster shipping alternatives.

Express post – Australia only

Express post is available for orders with a delivery address within Australia and will be shipped for a charge of AUD $25 per parcel.
When choosing express post you can expect to receive your parcel within 2 and 5 business days.

CURRENT DELAYS

Australia Post is experiencing some delays of up to 20 business days for domestic orders due to the increased high volume in mail, and reduced staff at facilities across Australia due COVID-19 restrictions. These impacts may also cause delays in shipping updates via your tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will be shipped at a flat rate charge of AUD $25 per parcel.

Duties and Taxes for International orders are not included in  the total upon checkout. The recipient is responsible for those charges upon delivery if required by the local authorities.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• We process orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
• We don’t deliver orders on Weekends or holidays.
• You will receive an email with the tracking number once the label has been created for your order.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
